REFUND POLICY

All items are final sale, with the exception of defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Damages & Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@torilaneboutique.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Upon confirmation, you will be required to return the item within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after the 7th day will not be accepted.
